Conditions of carriage

Passengers:

1) Must be under the instruction of the skipper at all times.
2) Must be escorted to and from the vessel.
3) Must wear life jackets when in the opinion of the skipper, conditions demand it.
4) Must pay fares or any other dues before boarding.
5) Must observe any instructions from the harbour master or his staff, and observe any conditions or bylaws applicable when on harbour property.
6) Must not embark or disembark the vessel before being instructed to do so by the skipper.
7) Must not do anything that may cause a nuisance to persons on board, and must not distract the skipper without due cause, or do anything that endangers the vessel, other vessels or any person on board.
8) Must not smoke or use naked lights while on board.
9) Are carried at the discretion of the skipper.
10) Are not entitled to any compensation or refund of fares paid due to changes or the cancellation to any advertised trip due to no fault of the skipper.
11) Are not entitled to any compensation or refund of fares paid due to the late or non arrival of any passenger for a booked trip.

The skipper or the harbour authority cannot accept responsibility for any injury or loss of property while on board or on harbour property, and passengers are conveyed at their own risk.
