NO MANS LAND FORT Originally designed to protect Portsmouth from French invasion, No Man's Land Fort was part of a Royal Commission of four sea forts built between 1867 and 1880. After losing its military attire the sea fort was transformed into a luxury private residence and was subsequently expanded to accommodate a hospitality business. The internal area is extensive – 65,000 sq feet and features 21 en-suite guest bedrooms dining areas, bars and a gym.

SEE THE SHIPS The Solent is one of the busiest sea lanes and probably handles the most diverse range of shipping in the UK. Large cruise ships depart every week along with some of the worlds largest container ships. Night Owl can take you really close and provide excellent photographic opportunities. Trip lasts about 1-2 hours.

The great dome covering the central (Upper Gun Floor) area offers a mild 'micro-climate' in poor weather and a light airy piazza, perfect for entertaining and is also home to the swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzis. Outside there is a roof garden and two helipads. A bore hole sunk to reach fresh water deep below the sea floor provides the property with a private water supply. Trip lasts 1 hour

COWES and the RIVER MEDINA. Best known as the world's premier yachting centre, Cowes is the Island's main port with a natural harbour at the mouth of the Medina river. Yachtsmen from all over the world participate in the season's prestigious sailing events, of which the best known is Cowes Week, held annually at the beginning of August. Trip lasts 3 hours.
