chainferry.JPG - On Tuesday, 18 May, divers will be operating on the west bank adjacent to the Cowes Chain Ferry slipway. The dive team will be locating and marking the sub sea telephone cables with four orange buoys fitted with high visibility strobe lights at five metre intervals at a maximum of 20 metres from the west bank. The buoys will be in place for 24 hours only and be removed on Wednesday, 19 May.
