Tories support reduced light dues | Shipowners long-running battle to cut the cost of calling at UK ports by reducing light dues has won firm support from the opposition Conservative Party, which could form the next government. Shadow shipping minister Julian Brazier has spelled out the dangers of financially penalising shipowners using British ports.
