As much of the news is sent to me and gathered from third parties so I cannot guarantee it’s accuracy although I make every effort to get it right. When there is news I update the site daily - sometimes several times a day, although in summer when the weather is good the pages are updated less frequently. News items less than two days old will be marked as ‘new’. All local shipping news items you have will be very welcome. If you have trouble navigating try clicking the ‘help link’ at the bottom of the news pages. Many people are doing a lot of clicks to get to the news - why don’t you open up the news and save it as a favourite or send it to your desktop - it will save all that clicking!! You can either save the news index page or have separate shortcuts to the Solent and General news pages.
