Firefox does not recognise streaming radio links unless unless you install the ‘Mediaplay connectivity addon’ Click here to download. It may also need the appropriate media player plugin - please go to the Firefox site and download the required plugins. Firefox does not like having multiple instances of Media Player running simultaneously.
Make sure the media player you use has an MP3 codec - most computers will have one as standard now.

Check the streaming server status to see if all 20 user slots are in use and the stream is online.
Are you having difficulty hearing the live radio?
All computer configurations seem to be different and not all options may work with your machine - choose the one which works for you. There are two ways of listening to the radio. The easiest way is to use the Radio popup. Make sure you enable popups from this site. Two popups are available for use with Windows Media Player, and Flash. As an alternative you can listen on the full player. The CH11+12 stream is in stereo with CH12 on the left and CH11 on the right. The Port Operations/Coastguard stream is in stereo with Port Ops on the left the Coastguard on the right.
Don’t for get to turn your volume up and make sure your audio is not muted.
If you are listening at work it may be that your IT department has inhibited audio streaming.
